There are many solitaire games in the AppStore, some with cutesy graphics, and some with multiple game types.
Acid Solitaire is not one of those, it has to-the-point graphics and only three game types, but it excels in what it offers.
It contains versions of Solitaire, Freecell, and Spider, with each game being able to have rules modified to suit your game style. The game can be set to play either in Landscape or Portrait mode, and your own background (from Photos) can be placed under the cards.
So why do we think this game is so great if it does not offer many game types? We do so because the control is spot-on, with drag or click interface, amazing auto-hint and auto-play systems, and lots of statistics that let you know how you played.
The game also runs fast, with no slow and silly animations hindering game play.
The price is a bit steep, but is well worth it if you are a fan of the three game types it supports.
A must get for any true solitaire fan.
